Return Policy

Not happy with your order? Not a problem! Just return the item within 14 days from the arrival date. Items must be unused and in sellable condition. This applies to all domestic (UK) customers and international orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@tinyalpaca.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item that has been sent to you so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
