How should I wash it?

Care instructions vary by product, so always check the product description and the care label. As a general guide, wash gently with similar colours, avoid bleach, and reshape or dry flat where needed.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day.UK Second Class delivery is free on orders over £20 and usually arrives in 2–3 working days. You can upgrade to First Class delivery for £0.99, which usually arrives in 1–2 working days.

International delivery usually takes around 5–7 working days, depending on the destination.

What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

Return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery. Keep the tags on. Email hello@tinyalpaca.co.uk to start a return. We offer Free UK prepaid returns.

Can i send it as a gift?

Yes. You can add a gift message where available. We do not include prices inside the parcel.

How do I choose a size ?

Check the size guide on the product page. If your child is between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for longer wear.
