Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. After 2pm or at weekends, your order goes out the next working day. You'll receive a tracking email once it's left us.

Delivery delays
Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control, particularly during busy periods. Check your tracking link first. If there's no update after 48 hours, get in touch and we'll investigate.
Incorrect delivery address
Check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us straight away. We can't redirect parcels once they've left us.
Missing parcels
If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and any safe places first. Still missing after 48 hours — email us with your order number and we'll raise an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents before opening further. Email us with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
