Clear answers about returns, damaged items and refunds. If something is not quite right, here’s what to do next.

How to start a return

Applies to UK orders only

  1. 1 Email us at hello@tinyalpaca.co.uk with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. 2 We'll confirm and send return instructions within one working day.
  3. 3 Post the item back unused, with tags on, within 30 days of delivery.
  4. 4 Once received, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive something damaged or the wrong item, email us straight away with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. We'll send a confirmation email once it's processed. If you haven't received it after 7 working days, check with your bank before getting in touch.
