THE DETAILS
Made for cooler days and the layers in between.
Soft sweaters, hoodies, and cardigans for the months when ribbed jersey isn't quite enough — the in-between weather, the morning chill, the long walk in the pram on a cool afternoon.
Goes on over everything
A layer worn over a bodysuit, a T-shirt, a pyjama top, whatever's already there. The pieces in this range are sized roomy so they slip on without fighting, and most pull off again just as easily for indoor wear or warmer parts of the day.
Pick your weight
French terry for everyday warmth — mid-weight cotton with a brushed inside, useful from cool spring days through autumn. Knitted organic cotton for proper warmth — heavier, heirloom-feel, the kind of sweater that gets handed down. Recycled polyester for durability — the practical layer when easy washing matters more than fabric story.
Builds a coordinated set
The French terry range coordinates across sweater sets, hoodies, tracksuits, and dungarees — same fabric, same colour palette. Pair a hoodie with French terry dungarees, or a sweater top with matching trousers. Useful when you want everything in the wardrobe to work together without thinking about it.

Questions parents ask
Honest answers, written by us. The same things we'd tell a friend.
French terry is sweatshirt fabric — woven jersey with a brushed inside, mid-weight, slightly warmer than ribbed cotton but not heavy. Best for cool-but-not-cold weather and everyday wear. Knitted cotton is proper sweater-weight knit — heavier, the kind of fabric you'd recognise on an adult jumper, made for genuinely cold days or as a layering piece over thinner clothes. Different feels, different jobs. Most parents end up with both.
Our sweaters and hoodies run intentionally roomy — built to layer over a bodysuit, T-shirt, or pyjama top, and to give your baby room to grow into rather than out of. If you're between sizes, size up. Knitted sweaters in particular are designed oversized; the drop-shoulder cut means a 6–12m sweater will fit your baby comfortably from about 4 months onwards.
French terry: machine wash at 30°C with similar colours, reshape and lay flat to dry. The brushed inside stays soft this way. Knitted cotton sweaters and cardigans: machine wash at 30°C on a delicates cycle (or hand wash), reshape and lay flat. Hanging knit sweaters stretches them out of shape — always dry flat. Don't tumble dry any of the range. The recycled polyester cardigan is more forgiving — machine wash at 30°C on a regular cycle.
Cool spring days: French terry sweater or hoodie over a bodysuit and leggings. Autumn: knitted sweater over a long-sleeve bodysuit, with dungarees or trousers underneath. Cold winter: knitted sweater + hat set, layered over a base bodysuit and trousers. The French terry pieces are the ones you'll reach for most often; the knitted pieces come out when it's properly cold.
The French terry range is designed to coordinate — sweater tops match the bottoms, hoodies match the tracksuit trousers, and the same colour palette runs through the dungarees in our daywear range. So a French terry hoodie pairs naturally with French terry dungarees or trousers. The knitted pieces are sold either alone or as set with matching hat — they're the standalone hero pieces rather than part of a wider coordinated range.
