95% organic cotton with 5% spandex for stretch. Ribbed fabric moves with your baby and gives a little as they grow. Footed with grips on the soles, with built-in cuffs at the sleeves.

Our sizes follow UK age ranges: newborn, 0–3m, 3–6m, 6–12m, 12–18m, 18–24m. If your baby is between sizes or growing fast, size up, the ribbed cotton has a bit of stretch, so there's some give either way.
All sizes do have built in scratch mittens and sole grips.
UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch. International orders usually take 5–7 working days. Upgraded postage is available from £0.99 at checkout. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves us.

Newborn gowns are useful for the first few weeks, when night changes happen most often. The knotted hem loosens with a single pull, so you can access the nappy area without managing zips or snaps. After the first month or so, most parents move to sleepsuits with two-way zips — but those first weeks are easier with a gown.
